If you have a passion for improving Customer Experience within the insurance industry, you are welcome to join this working group.

This working group will follow an innovation process with the following objectives:

  • Identify key customer personas and important customer journeys
  • Identify and present pain points and opportunities to improve the customer experience for insurance customers
  • Evaluate how technology can be leveraged to improve the customer experience

The working group will meet online on a monthly basis, starting from February 2024. We will share real case studies, have keynote presentations from insurance professionals from different continents. And much more!
